John Favorite is the owner and President of Polaris Engineering Services. He has over 30 years of engineering experience in several industries and is a registered PE. John has built his career on creating innovative engineering solutions in machine and process design. He has worked in product development, project management, plant management, chief engineer, machine design, controls, automation and robotics. John has also served as Lean Manager in numerous facilities and embraces the Lean concepts of eliminating waste in all its forms to create value customers expect and will pay for in products.

In these difficult times where labor is in high demand, supply chains are unstable and costs are rising on every front, John’s goal for Polaris Engineering Services is to use his passion to create and improve efficiency to improve the health of his customers’ businesses.
